Hey! I'm Cecelia Mendoza and I'm a graphic designer based in Portland, Oregon. I take great joy in bringing ideas to life and giving each design I work on a unique personality. I work with a primary focus on the Adobe Creative Cloud suite. Graphic Design is a way for me to push my ideas to the next level.
